    Based on their Facebook announcements, they seem to normally be open for the whole weekend, or not at all. So I'd be surprised if we were all there Saturday and they weren't open Sunday.

    I’ll be stock with an ifs skid and probably sliders hope I can get them back on in time for this. But as far as height and tires it’ll be stock.

    Yeah but like you have an OR so that’s cheating you get crawl control :rofl: how you like the new truck??

    yes. Somehow. For sure. I’ll be going it Friday night and kipping up somewhere, who knows where could end up being a rest stop. And then I’ll probably kip up closer to the park Saturday night, and then boogie on home Sunday.

    Miss the old one, but love having quiet truck on round tires. Nobody talks about how much better the sound deadening is on the 3rd gens vs 2nd gens.

    No crawl control on my OR though. Just A-TRAC.

    Ah you got a manual. Nice.

    yeah it’s a pretty good ride. I smoked one of my tires on my road trip need to get to a tire shop for an alignment and have them swap it for the spare. Hope it’s just the alignment and not a ball joint or something.

    The majority of us are stock or close to it. I don't think anyone has over 33" tires or more than 3 inch lifts. It is amazing what these trucks can do with a good driver/spotter

    About two weeks out. I'll start by saying I apologize, but I failed...I had wanted to go out there this weekend, but kids/work/Easter/life got in the way and I didn't make it. Will be in Buffalo next weekend, so it looks like @atpage is going to be one of our best resources as he has already been. I will also ask BHM when I email them our numbers about maps/stock friendly trails. As it has been said before, a lot of us are in stock trucks. I will be bringing a tow strap and 265s, front and rear recover points, and see where I can go from there.

    Granted, we are 12 days away, but the weather looks good! Sun and highs in the 50s, lows in the 30s at night. Might be a little chilly to camp with my kids (7 and 3), but still an option and we will see as that gets closer.

    If I am to camp, it will be at the Balsam Pond camping area, which is about 10 minutes north from BHM. This is a primitive location, so there is no running water/electric hookups. But it is nice. If you want to get a hotel, the closest, decent area is Cortland, but Binghamton to the south has many options as well.

    Let shoot to meet at 10:00 on Saturday morning. I may try to get there earlier if possible, depending on getting my kids up and moving in the morning. My two kids, two dogs, and wife will be along for the ride.

    I am down for a after ride cook out, which will probably work best on a bring your own basis. I do not have a portable grill to bring though.

    I think we got a pretty good turnout. I would like to let BHM know by the end of the week what our number looks like, and would at least like to be within 5.

    Right now we are at 15, with a good list of maybes as well. Confirms are:

    @hoser1
    @Thezinz
    @Mongoose

    Sunday list:
    @AC_in_Taco

    Regardless of camping on Saturday night, I would be down to go out again on Sunday. Weather looks good for Sunday too.

    Please let me know if I left anyone out or if you are not going to be able to make it, and I will reach out to BHM by the end of the week.

    Looking forward to it

    @atpage @drmk24

    Right now I have a skid but not sliders, honestly - it would be easier to not have the sliders on for this, let me know if you think stock stock can do it without worrying without sliders. They'll likely go on sometime in May after I get my wool wax done - but they need to be sanded and painted before they go back on, plus the half day it takes to put them on. I can do it - would just be easier not doing it, is all I'm sayin' :D

    I'll be heading out Friday night after work, dog is TBD but likely*. No idea where I'll camp for the night year, either somewhere near Albany or east of there if I meet up with @mabepossibly for that drive out from there, or somewhere a lot closer if I feel like making that trek after work. Don't know my plans for Sunday, most likely pitch camp with people Saturday and then head out Sunday, without taking day 2.

    *now that I think of it, doggo isn't a fan of wheeling (I KNOW!) so I'll probably be taking it relatively easy, to the point where wouldn't want to really go on trails where I would need sliders, but just good to know ahead of time if it's a "nah not even close you'll be fine without" or "jesus, you're going to want them on there" day out :rofl:

    Edit: I'll have sandwich stuff, I don't have a camp grill I'll self-cater for myself (including some :cheers: :spy: )
