    Bricklink can be used to look at inventories for sets, yes, but it also serves as a secondary market for bricks. Individual sellers list what they have; you can choose from their inventory to build an order. You can also build parts wishlists and upload designs created in Stud.io to shop for parts.

    My Lego store is an hour away on the other side of KC (in Kansas...) but I'm often down that way for work reasons. I'm near civilization, but just outside it. Sometimes that's not far enough though.

    My closest is about 5 hours away on the literal other side of the state :\ I'm mostly reliant on WallyWorld for my bricks. Nice part of that is that I get occasional clearance deals on end of life sets though.

    This Fall we're finally getting a target in the next town (and state lol) over! My partner is so incredibly excited. Moscow, ID is 8ish miles away. Otherwise we'd have to go up to Spokane (1.5 hrs) for a Target.
