My Bailouts weird brother from another mother

 

looks so much like a bugout from this angle

 

I think it’s pretty much the same knife with aluminum scales, a glass breaker and tanto blade shape. So not really the same knife I guess haha.

 

I think the customization @TRAVERSER did makes it look more like a bugout cause it gets rid of the glass breaker

 

Have you seen the two new SMKW exclusives for the bailout? Folded, you would only have to look for the lanyard hole to tell them apart!

yeh....i feel like bark river is about as good as it gets without going off the deep end into custom territory......lt wright makes really nice stuff...... anybody else have suggestions for comparable makers???....

Should I, or shouldn't I? What's your opinion? I really like this carbon fiber, just not sure if it is a wi$e choice to do this swap cause once done, I'll want to finally carry it.....and there goes the value. My gut is also telling me, it might be to busy for my style.

 

Currently looking for a cheep used Para Military 2...dang Ebay is crazy... and I just realized Spyderco is going from S30v to S45v on their site, so that might be in my favor.

dude..... keep the cf scales....its nice.....the weave style cf looks tacky imo.....also, i think that you'd be surprised how well that thing will hold its value....look on ebay.....i'm always shocked at how much people pay for a beat up spyderco.....

 

so there is basically no such thing as a "cheap used para2".....sad but true...... make the plunge and get a new one that you love.....you deserve it.......or ...if you really can't afford it but are dead set on a para2…....get a clone..... blasphemy!!!!....i know i know.....but....i think you'd be surprised at the quality.... there's a shit ton of them on ebay being sold off as og....beware of that fo sho......
