My buddy sent me this, said his wife is making him pack away his collection cause she’s tired of seeing it..this is box 1 of 3 .

I got him started on in his journey and now he’s far surpassed his sensei . Proud of his sickness.

The Bowman distillery is literally down the street from me, and I haven’t tried much of their stuff. I can’t wait until this COVID shit is over so they can open their tasting room back up.

I have been drinking 2 shots with 1 ice cube. Just a sipping whiskey. I tried it the other day with Coke Coffee Caramel as an experiment. I finished the drink but it was horrible. I can drink either by themselves but not together.

I spent the last week down in GA. I didn’t get any ground breaking bottles, but I did grab a couple that I can’t get here in NC.

On top of these, I grabbed a couple bottles of Buffalo Trace because they had that shit in display out in the store like it was Wild Turkey or something! Lol

Now I’ve got the Heaven Hill BiB Trifecta

McKenna was my least fave but otherwise that's a very affordable dream lineup as far as I'm concerned! Heaven Hill & Early Times were memorable. Cheers!

After just having a pour of the 7 year, I still think the McKenna is my favorite and EW in 2nd. To my palate, there wasn’t much difference in the EW and the HH 7 year, but the price difference and availability make the EW a strong second behind the McKenna.

Good trip to the store this afternoon. First time trying the Elijah Craig BP, and the Buffalo Trace is hard to find around here...now I can finish off the previous one.
