1 year later

In my other cars I get a reminder of some sort. Center console, a call from the dealer, etc. My Tacoma seems to be 100% off the grid. I even had to do a search online on how to get an oil change reminder of some sort. So far, nothing. I did take it in for service a couple fo times by my own free will.

 

On my screen it had a place to push to "call dealer".

 

Nor an i, but I think toyota has it programmed for every 4-5k miles to come in the trucks computer. I just delete it when it does. If i recall theres online videos showing how.

 

Yep this was 5,000 miles exactly from last service. One thing about these vehicles is the paint is fragile IMO. BUT it has held up OK to my abuse! LOL

 

Those waders and hip boots can make a guy clumsy. I use similar gear.

 

Toucan I was never very agile as a young man, now I'm 66. Clumsy is a nice way of putting it!!

 

Toyota gives you the privilege of paying for a new map set, which is already outdated.

On the '21's w/Android Auto or CarPlay you can display Google Maps and such on the screen.

 

1 year anniversary was in January. She has 30k on her today!

You short milers need to get those trucks broke in!
