Crazy glue + shoe lace = bad

    scion Head Unit and magnaflow muffler...so far
    so i was at work today and my shoe lace broke, now me being the cheap mennonite i am i found some crazy glue and glued it. Then it started to smoke!
    I thouht it was going to light up but it didnt. it went out right away but it smelt really bad and got it in my eye. that hurt for a while.
    What the heck happened???

    it fixed it by the way :D

    reaction between the fabric and the glue. Reaction is done now, but isnt it super brittle? Seems like it would snap again.
