Yea although it went fubar for a minute. Ended up destroying the old needle bearing and the bushing tool too. I’d offer to give you my tool but it’s toast:rofl: it worked out though, I was able to still get it out. Still not sure what happened, everything just exploded

Dang haha. I had to use a magnet to get some pieces out of mine. I was sure to put it all together when I got it out and make sure I didn’t forget any.

We’ve probably got similar weight up front. I ordered some 650s to test out and see if things are smoother, but right now the rear bouncing is of more concern to ride quality and general safety haha

Maybe in the future, it’d be cool for sure but the cost to actual use ratio wouldn’t be worth it to me lol

Your gonna have more bounce with 650’s cause the coils will be less stiff. Me be might be a little too stiff because I have a 4cyl and the motor not as heavy as a 6cyl. But it makes not running a sway bar nice because the body doesn’t lean as much with stiffer coils.

when I rebuild my shocks I’m adding adjusters to help with the ride. Probably get them valves correctly too.

Just messing with you. I gave up on cost to use ratio and go with I’m “saving” on labor so let’s blow it on extras. Dangerous game...haha

Lol how’d you destroy the tool? I broke a piece out of the bearing back bumping the tool in their but that’s it I think it came out in a gear oil change o_O
Nah I may buy one but would do yours when I did the rc if you wanna?
I let that tiny piece get ground up lol, I’ve got 700# coils and mine rides awesome but don’t have a lot of preload.
