You're right. If we assume it's a linear relationship between how much you CMC and how consequential it is I suppose the best thing to do is to add more cab mount.

 

So, national back order on most all coopers, including the 255/85 st maxx’s

need tires now, so guess I’ll see myself out of this thread. Got some 285/75 duratracs coming in. Thanks for the help here.

I think that this impacted Mastercraft as well. Impossible to get.

You are not wrong, those are 255s....should have been more specific, looking for the tall 33" skinnies - either 255/85/16 or 255/80/17. The 255/75/17 are 32"

I put mine in without air and then aired it up after , had to bend the tabs a bit too.

 

Are you talking about fitting a 33 or 35. I thought about trying the deflate method myself. Still haven’t had time. Never anytime.

 

May be a dumb question, but do you have to deflate it to get it back out??

these are on the very short side of my short list for this season (and $70 Bridgestone rebate). Would love to hear your thought for both on and off road with these. Overall traction, noise, mpg??
