I have only driven about 40 miles since I installed it. I was a little concerned with it interfering with the sensor, but I have not had any issues yet.

On the 2021 Taco pro there are 4 cameras (Front, rear, left and right) factory installed. It also has a camera button to cycle through the camera views when under 7 Mph. Is there a kit that would allow my current setup to work at anytime?

Was wondering if any anybody has the one where you use the buttons on your steering wheel to then on the front or back camera. I like that idea better than adding an additional switch. What are pros and cons of going this way instead of adding an additional switch?

That's probably what I will do as well since I have the MESO Customs Stealth PRO Shift knob. I need to do some research to see if I need to add a switch relay or something. Do you already know how you're going to wire yours up to the shift knob?

Having some issues installing the anytime premium front camera in my 2017 SR5..

    Followed this wiring guide: https://www.anytimebackupcamera.com/blogs/install-help/component-diagram

When I turn on the truck, the switch doesn't illuminate. When I press it up to "Front" both amber lights come on and shows the backup camera, and when I press it to show "rear" it shows a black screen. This is the product I bought: https://www.anytimebackupcamera.com...-front-camera-full-kit?variant=32653633192014

Anyone had this problem or have any advice to fix? Fairly new to electrical work.

I would double check your yellow RCA wires are connected correctly.

The switch will NOT illuminate unless you connect the blue and grey wires.

If I follow this diagram, I still need to connect the blue and gray? 2018

Looks like it is 2020+ only, so you don’t get the illumination

Yes it will work on your year, you just need to wire those two wires. The pre 2020 models just don’t have the wires built into the harness.

I have a 2018 too. You don’t have to connect the blue and grey wires unless you want the switch to be backlit. Pre-2020 didn’t have the appropriate wiring so you'll have to wire them into the harness. Message Brian over at AnytimeBackupCamera, he’s very willing to help out.

Installed on my 2017 today, instructions were fairly easy to follow. Im having a minor issue: when I switch to "front" I get the rear cam and switching to "rear" shows the front cam. What should I check first? I switched the RCA inputs and it sort of works, so I think it's something with the switch. Anyone have this issue?
