Brand new 2021 OR DCSB. I absolutely love it, my first ever brand new vehicle. Coming from an old Civic, this thing is MEAN. All stock right now, planning on a few small things here and there like 265/75/16 Wildpeaks! Taco ganggg

Alright gents... I have an order in place for a Midnight Black 4Runner TRD ORP. Give it to me straight - how much of a pain is the ass is this going to be and will I regret going from white to black?

 

Noticeably, but IMO not that bad. I don’t fret the small stuff.

Some but also keeping a black vehicle looking clean.

They do look amazing when clean. Like I said don’t fret the small stuff. Not a big deal if it doesn’t always look perfect. The faster you come to terms with that, the better.

 

Yeah already there with my Tacoma, it's got the odd scratch and scrape and honestly only I would ever see or notice. So as long as black won't be a "new scratch every day" kind of thing then we'll be good.

 

I recently sold my white Colorado ZR2 to get a Black TRD Off Road. Cleaning on black vs. white is not too much different in my experience, but I live in Seattle so every color always looks dirty.

Black is hands down more badass though

 

I wash my black cars 1-2x/week. The white and grey cars once a month or less. That’s the biggest difference IMO.
