Thanks. Worth the drive from Mooresville?

I can’t name any places that aren’t corporate goons that follow factory tech specs.

Worth it. He drives a Taco and has done all my trucks every time I lift them.

Expensive and they can’t balance tires for shit.

I’ve spent several hundred dollars on alignments and getting my tires balanced because they claim “we will get them balanced if no one else can”

They also damaged my wheels and refused to acknowledge it.

Ryan pulled out a lot more caster when Rocky claimed he had it maxed out... he also roadforced balanced my 35’s correctly and my truck actually rides smooth now.

Discount tire balanced my 34’s perfectly. Firestone who mounted them did an absolute terrible job.

We had $6K earnest, wasn’t a cash offer but had our pre-approval. This is nuts. Oh well.

Inventory is historically low and interest rates were really low but have started creeping back up. There are houses but most are overpriced dumps because sellers know buyers in the area are desperate. Land is the same way, available properties are either very expensive or non-perking, flood plain residing, steep grading flops....that are still overpriced.

TBF, I’m not looking in Charlotte. I don’t want to deal with Mecklenburg County taxes. Charlotte inventory may be a better situation. I’m looking in the Concord, Mt. Pleasant, Kannapolis, Locust area NE of Charlotte.

Interesting. Good to now. Looking to get my first house in the next year or two and just started looking into it. Maybe a couple more years if I need to offer >60k over asking price lol
