Garage Shop: Tools

I was very fortunate to have an Old Timer show me the ropes. Not once did He ever laugh. Always said "I'll show you again if you need me to but before you ask you need to tell me exactly what you did". Great learnin' technique if you think about it.

 

That’s a pretty sweet area for the gym stuff. I’ve been wanting to organize my gym area and make it a little cleaner. My garage is a revolving mess with projects so it never stays clean enough for a dedicated workout area.

 

You bought wisely .

Whenever my wife comes into the garage I throw things at her and yell "NO SHIRTS ALLOWED IN THE GARAGE!"

 

So much for No Shirt, No shoes, No service then.

 

Well come to think of it, maybe I have alternative motives for backing the truck ass in rather than ass out (no pun intended).

 

Home depot got me with their long ass lines and strategically setup end caps lol.

 

Showing the reason why it is set up just like that so many fall just like you .

 

Lol yeah I know I used to work retail about 15 years ago and we did the same shit haha. Still a sucker tho.

I am just as bad it seems I come Home with Drill bits all the even though I can do better price from my industrial suppliers

 

I almost bought a set of drill bits too lol

 

Strategic marketing we were taught Home Depot and most big box stores have companies and vendors come in a teach this very thing to move product.

 

Way back when l was in aviation school there was a kid that actually quit because of safety wire, lol.

 

doesn't surprise me, it hurts my pride a bit when there is a set I cannot get in a timely manner

 

I lock cable or safety cable not an acceptable subsitute for lock wire?

 

It almost always is but not all shops will pay for the safety gun. It’s expensive and has to be calibrated annually.
