Same, but it's a pro, I figured it's time to step up to a more refined way to bond things together.

 

Hell, houses in Thomasville/Archdale are the same way. Add goes up with "all offers due 1 week after listing posts" in the description and sure enough its gone a week later. It'll be my turn to buy later this year and the more I think of it the more Im considering buying land and putting a modular home on it. Beats getting into a biding war over some dump that needs $50k in repairs.

 

Greenwood, SC. Just enough crime to keep you alert, not so much you feel like blasting on every other fool, forty-five mins to one hour from the metro areas, but far enough away home prices don't suck giant balls. The old Greenwood Duke rate that makes my power bill around $30.00 per month for +2200sqf.

And you guys are squabbling for houses in a congested ass traffic backed up crime gonna getcha fools protesting in the street overpriced half a yard no place to put a grill cause Joe Lib outbid me after he sold his 500k NJ condo/duplex and moved to Charlotte, NC to claim it as his own.

Yea, 3 holes in 4 months, a bunch of other corroded fittings and signs of other patch jobs, time to just get rid of it all. I need to get some plumbers out here to see how much ceiling I really have to rip out for them. It will also be my chance to clean up this failed rainwater system experiment the previous owner ran. I'm kinda excited for the refresh, until it will be time to write the check. If anyone knows of any plumbers in the hickory area/region that are good, let me know!

 

I hear ya, if the little lady wasn’t insistent on staying near her older parents I’d be looking in a much larger area.

 

So much worse than NC... That gas tax really pays off in the road quality index for NC.

 

I enjoy NC roads but I go across the bridge for cheap S.C. gas and liquor

I like AL prices better plus their gas is cheaper and roads are better than in SC
