Hey guys, I want to find an easy trail to go on with my wife and kids. Nothing crazy because I only have the 2wd SR Taco. Anywhere in San Antonio would be amazing! Please let me know either on here or PM.
P.S. Im sure that information is in here somewhere but I've already searched for 30+ minutes and haven't seen anything definite lol

 

You should head north of fredericksburg. There are lots of dirt county roads that are perfect for a 2wd if you want to run it alone

Before I host a meet for this, would anyone be interested in meeting up to help me with a pinch weld mod to get my tires to stop rubbing? I have a garage but no tools since I'm only staying at my house temporarily, it's in Leon Valley. I could move the meet somewhere closer to where most people live so as not to make travel an inconvenience. And of course plenty of beer and food is on me, that's a given. Even just a couple of TW folks showing up would be a huge help and time-saver. I'll make it for a Saturday or Sunday in the coming weeks.

 

Would you know if there's anything around Castroville or Medina? We live on the far West side and there's a BUNCH of country out here! Thanks brother

 

Im not sure on that unfortunately. I just know that there is some good stuff north and west of fredericksburg bc we did a run from Junction to Fred a while back

 

Would seem easier to go to the tools, but I plead ignorance to the process, or what's required. Someone will likely get specific.

Castroville huh, not far from me.

If you look on cr 351 in Medina county you could take a nice little drive through there. You could also look at Texas overland and download the maps so you follow trips outside the area, most are 2wd friendly.
