My bike has pedals

 

Waiting on fork seals to get my first blue plate bike safetied.

Fucking nightmare to get seals, two aftermarket suppliers assured me theirs would fit, so now I’m waiting on OEM parts that were discontinued 10-years ago to arrive from the ebay fairies.
Should look kinda like this when it’s all back together. But more dented and rusty, cause that’s how I buy stuff I wanna keep, broken-in.

 

You wouldn't happen to have the part number which is molded into the seal would you?

I know this game all to well. I restored a ‘94 CBR900RR two years ago.. and I’m STILL trying to track down an upper fairing to replace the cracked stock one on the bike now.. no pics on the phone of the bike.. but it’s essentially this;

When i first saw the image, my single braincell figured you were sitting on said rock lol.
But great to see others know about this spot! I head up there a handful of times a year and love the view.

For those wondering where it's at; if you know - you know

 

I've been been riding for 39 years... Currently have 6 bikes in the stable, but going to be paring down to 2 or 3 shortly. My DD in the form I raced it last year. It's since been put back to mostly stock because the better half likes to ride on back rather than hers...
