The new Ram with the 6.7l puts out 1000 ft/lbs. I don't think anyone else has done that yet.

Then you own a Fiat product though. Hmm

New Question: Who between Chevy and Ford makes the best 2500/3500 pickup?

I jest, of course, but I haven't been super thrilled with the new Jeep products. Hopefully Ram has their shit together for the big trucks.

I had a 2011 RAM ST with the Hemi. Loved that truck. Never gave me an ounce of trouble. Except that one time I was driving back home over Christmas, and 10 miles from the start every electronic system in the truck went on all at once. And then wouldn't restart for 2 hours. I never shut it off the rest of the way home, all 800 miles...

Never did it again after that though. Maybe it was mad I had the bed loaded down on a long trip.

Well, I don't anticipate this with GTII...Not for an OTC...HOWEVER...a settlement would probably guarantee everyone makes money because I'm sure it would exceed $4.50...

I won’t ever need a tow rig so I don’t pay much attention. My buddy just bought a 19 Ram Laramie Longhorn mega cab with the cummins and it is badass. Loaded with every option.

Someone mentioned Fiat so let me be that guy...

The Gladiator is an abomination. If they made a standard cab... ok... but they don't.

As much as I love Toyota, there is no way in this universe I'd even consider buying a first gen diesel 3/4 ton pickup of theirs. Toyota is very good about getting their vehicles down to a boring science, but they haven't played in the American diesel truck market yet. A market where their competitors have decades of experience.

the new rams. for sure hands down. Interior is awesome, the ride is retardedly smooth on rough roads (2500), and that motor puts out 1k torque with zero drama.

oh and they look the best

They should’ve just remade the Comanche except wrangler single cab style instead of cherokee styling. I drive an Xj ‘97 for a while that my family bought as a commuter back in 96. Was 2wd though :( if it was 4 wheel I’d have thousands into that thing. Xj’s and commanches were beasts. Jeep products for me have no appeal after the TJ wrangler ended. The JK wrangler and newer SUV’s are a no thank you for me. The new wranglers with the diesel I could get behind though... the torqueee
