That’s about a 3 hour drive. Around 200 miles. I used to travel a lot more but haven’t much this year. It’s been too crazy. I tend to stay in the southern NM / west Texas area. Thankfully there’s a lot to see here.

It was my aunt and uncles. He just died she died in 2008. They never had children and the only relation left is his brother (my dad), my brother and me. The house is full, pole barn and chicken house full and 7- 12x16 rented storage units full. There will be at least 4 auctions, the first one at the end of May.

 

Another two I took at Palo Duro. This is lighthouse rock. I had to hike 6 miles round trip to get to it. But well worth it. A young woman I kept meeting on the trail was hiking with a baby on her back and made the relatively hard climb to it with him. She was tougher than this old man.
