Is there any people that are very familiar with the cruise control wiring? Need help getting it going in a swapped truck. Original engine was a 2.7. The factory ecm only has connector 5 plugged in. Trying to bypass the other wires to get it to work. I do not have power to the blue/black wire at the cruise module or the brake switch. I have powers and ground to module. Cruise light comes on. Park/neutral wires are jumped to simulate the truck is in drive.

Here's the complete cruise wiring diagram if that helps.

Do you have a good one of the brake switch? According to the cruise diagram it gets power on pin 3 from the cruise module, but wondering if there is a connector in between or gets power from somewhere else?

Here's the troubleshooting guide for the cruise, that's about all I can do to help.
It looks like some pins are different between engines, unfortunately that's the price of changing things from stock, getting everything back working correctly can be a PITA.

If anyone can verify pin 8 key on engine off voltage or where it gets power that would be fantastic thanks

Looks like it's only active with the cruise engaged.
