How much did you get it for? The optic and mount are worth more than the rifle. I have the same optic (and mount) on one of my ARs...its my favorite.

Nice optic. I’m still trying to decide which one I want, but damn those things are expensive!

I got the whole rifle setup for a grand. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive!

Hopefully it's just a really really good deal!
Maybe someone needed fast cash to pay mortgage.

The pricing is all over the place Trijicon Accupoints. The 3-9 is the cheapest, 1-4 is next and 1-6 are really expensive.
That 1-4 he got ranges between $700-$1000...depends on where you get it. (So you pretty much got a free rifle) Price also varies on the tritium color.

That Larue mount is $200 and the switch view is about $100

If you email Trijicon, the serial number they will tell you its "born on date"...so you can determine your half life on your tritium. My buddy has one over the 9 years and you can barely notice the difference. The fiber optic is what really powers it, the tritium only kicks in at dusk

That’s a steal! Congrats on the find; I’ll be looking for something like this for myself in the near future.

Lol, no it was a rifle that belonged to a good buddy on another forum. I realized the mount and scope cost just as much as the rifle, so I snatched it up.

Getting heavy, weighs 9.5lbs as is. Plus it'll get another pound of better glass and suppressor, and maybe a 1/4lb of offset RDS. Carry handle build is gonna be on something less conventional.

I really love the accupoint reticle. So intuitive and easy to get on target in a hurry.

Considering all the nondisclosure and background check paperwork I had to fill out, plus the threat of being fired for entering the vault without express permission, gonna have to pass... For now...

In other news, I got the Midwest Industries flip sights on my wife's rifle. The long sight radius produces a beautiful sight picture through the ghost ring! The hole size is between your typical small and large apertures. Low profile and solid!

The first AR I ever purchased, with some recently acquired entertainment slung under.

And my newest build I completed this past week, just waiting on the optic.

Apparently we make parts for other brands as well. This job is giving me hope for the world. We're so busy we're making 700 handguards a day and they're buying more machines because apparently that's not enough to meet demand. Now if they'd only get into making ammo...
