I'm looking for this dash piece out of a 2005-2011 prerunner. It's where the 4x4 knob is on a 4WD. Long shot that anyone has one laying around but I thought I'd ask before spending $25 on a new one from the dealer.

 

You gonna put a switch or anything in it once you got it or just going for a clean look since you're sticked now and don't need the 4x4 dial?

 

No switch, just going for the clean look. I thought it would look nicer than an unused 4x4 switch. Pretty low on the priority list but it'll get done at some point.

 

You should leave the 4x4 switch and wire it up to a train horn.

 

You will give 300 bucks for some fridge straps but balk at 25 bucks for oem trim??

I've seen people mount steelie ball phone mounts and stuff there.

Im glad you finally got rid of that 4x4 option. It was only making you mpgs be in the single digits. You will be just fine with 2wd for the budget camping truck route we are taking
