What's everyone using for comms? CB or GMRS or cell phone?

Ok. I saw some earlier chatter about CBs. Whatever works.

People stop every hour to chat and use the facilities.. not really a lot of comms needed. Theres nothing technical to worry about.

My buddy Erik and I are talking about grilling steaks on Friday. Just in case anyone is debating about what to eat at camp. I build a mean steak fire. :)

Anyone will be welcome to throw whatever they want on the fire as well.

    Damn fire grilled steaks!

I was thinking about Saturday night at the campsite with some Steak’umms on toasted tortillas using the Coleman griddle after a few cocktails around the fire.

The wife said to take the smoked sausage and a giant pack of hot dogs and showed me the giant bamboo rods in the camp gear... she said easy clean up .

Thats why i have these a lot. All i need is water to heat. Super easy and when you are done, all you gotta do is clean the spoon / fork.

Yup. Almost too easy, as I just realized that I've barely cooked at camp in the last year. The freeze dried meals have been too easy and tasty.

We still have a lot of booze leftover from our wedding, so we'll have plenty of whiskey on tap for all... haven't thought about food yet...
