Have you had time to look at Link yet? It's knocked a few times in the last 3 hours on $35's door.

3 hour online class though. Either that's some really boring online corporate shit they're putting you through or you're working on your MBA.

I shit you not. About a minute after I got done posting that I was looking for something to watch on Prime. This was in my TV shows we think you'll like list. Anything over 7.5 in IMDB usually doesn't suck. Starting it now. lol

In the immortal words of Jean Luc Picard.

    Make it so

Actually looks like something I'd like to watch. I've been binging all the collapse docu-dramas recently and I hadn't come across that one.

Read both, many years ago. Guns, Germs, and Steel still sticks with me. Let's us know we've been fucking shit up as a species since we learned to write and put metal armor on ourselves to efficiently kill other people.

Read any Edward Abbey? The two big ones are Monkey Wrench Gang and Desert Solitaire. Skip the first one, but read Desert Solitaire. I think it would resonate with you.

I've read most of Abbey's stuff. I'm always looking for a good author I haven't read so keep them coming.

Bill Bryson? If you haven't, read all of it. Specifically "A walk in the woods" and "A short history of nearly everything." The audio books are just as good as reading them.

If you want something off the mainstream, "Anthropology of Torquise" by Ellen Meloy.

"Silent Spring" by Ms Rachel Carson

    Barry Lopez "Arctic Dreams"

If you want to go through the Vietnam war I'll pillage the bookshelf adjacent to my dining room.
