Ive seen them in person, clear duratrac knockoffs and some how wear much worse. I wouldn't consider it for a nice truck.

My first question would be, are these made in China? If so, pass. Do you want to risk your life to questionable quality tires?

Pirelli, Goodyear, and Yokohama manufacturer tires in China. Kanati is a brand name under Greenball, which is an American company. Being made in China doesn't automatically mean it's garbage. Americans used to say the same about Japanese products.

Then go for it. I wouldn't touch them with a 10' pole.

I would rather pay a little more to have tires made in the US (and the greater Americas), Korea, Japan, Taiwan, or Europe.

Why? For that price there are a lot of great well known choices.

I am going to buy some this week great reviews made in merica. 10ply tire only 6lbs heavier per tire than duratracs in 285/75r16 and made from a better rubber compound. Oh and a set of these will run about 300 less than good years. Kanati has been manufacturing ATV tires for awhile.

    Indonesia

Kanati tires is a brand of Greenball Corp, which is an American company, however these tires are made in Indonesia.

    fixed it.

Seriously though, there are tiers in tire brands, up at the top are the Michelins and BFGs, down at the bottom are the Achilles and the Sailuns.. Not saying there aren't nuggets down there, but there is a lot of crap as well.
