Sorry April 5th and Nov 12th are the hardest since I lost my little girl. So yesterday it felt like I could not catch a break. But anyways, the truck was pushed back about a week. I was told it was due to the decrease in production and limited supplies that are coming in. I am hoping that it doesn't get pushed back anymore. I am crossing my fingers for the first of May but we shall see.

My girl is from the South Bay, so I've picked it up from her.

Yeah, I'm originally from Orange County- but I got here as fast as I could. The summers here can be rough, but that's about the only negative here. Public land is a LOT more scarce, but there are plenty of places to get out and enjoy nature.

    Lots--
Looks like RCI and Warfab gonna come through for me! Avid isn’t sure if the bars will make it out by the end of the month. But maybe.

@WarFab Armor has been great with updates and has played some videos of what they have going on at the shop and parts updates etc. The kind of transparency you’d expect after giving a company a grand for your stuff. Super excited for Moab now

They bring their own frustrations. Especially if you are somewhat motivated and concerned about quality and commitment.

The summers definitely can be rough. My GF is from Orange County as well; but the funny thing is we met here through work by chance! Public land is scarce; do you hunt?

It's a trip, people from CA tend to gravitate to one another here. I haven't been out in a couple seasons, but I've been known to drop a deer or two. Quite a few people on here are hunters.

I never thought about that; but looking at it now I agree.

I am looking to pick up the hobby and learn. In the next week or two I'll be posting coilovers and UCAs to trade for what I need and hopefully get the ball rolling. We'll see how it goes.

Turkey and Bow hunting are where it's at around here. The problem with Texas having no public lands is that the hunting is all private. Meaning, you have to either know somebody with open land, or pay a landowner to hunt their property. This in turn causes us to use feeders to draw animals over to "our" side of the fence. Whereas on public land, you're chasing the animal down. Spot & Stalk vs. training them where to come eat. I haven't been hunting in a long time, mostly due to lack of opportunity, but I prefer the chase.

That is for sure one thing I miss. We would do week long deer hunts in our district, ride horses in, camp, the whole deal.

Call Carlos at Camburg Engineering in Huntington Beach, tell him Bryce sent you. I've known him for probably 20 years, he can get you sorted out on what you need.

I really appreciate that! I have the coilovers and UCAs but am deciding to trade them for firearms instead and go a different route with the Taco! I'll try to make the either the next meet up or the following and bring them with me to see if anyone would be interested in something like that. If not; I'll probably end up rebuilding them and selling them outright.

A couple of coworkers told me the same thing. I would like to say I would enjoy both; but am going to need to try them out and find my preference.

I went to the Quail Creek Outdoor Range two weekends ago and was very surprised to see the quantity of bow hunters out there. If I were to guess it was evenly split between bows and firearms.

It's always a good idea to keep a spare set of suspension, if you end up lifting your truck. The reasoning is that your truck isn't on jackstands, while your other suspension is getting serviced.

I saw this and can't imagine your pain. I hope the rest of the week+ goes better for you and have my fingers crossed that your truck doesn't get pushed back anymore as well.
