    I've had mine for ~4 years. I had a few self induced problems at first, called CS and got parts sent right away, for free. I called again on Thanksgiving evening coz I was :cheers: and asked if the grates could be straightened, as 1 was slightly warped. CS sent 2 new grates to me. And some GMG swag. :thumbsup:

    This was a while back, but if their CS is still the same, it is top notch.

    Here is what I walked into yesterday morning. Didn’t work Monday and the boss cut all this up for me. Bottom pallet is 315 PCs of 1.25x3x7.25 and the top is 60 PCs of 1.25x3x6. Going to have lots of scrap in the next week. Also have 27 12ft bars of 3.5 round aluminum in its way for another job.
