How has this been available for so long? Especially being out in Cali

This is a solid deal, especially since they now start at $10k + tax

I was getting a lot of "I got 2k cash" offers so those were immediate ignores. I've had a good amount of people take a look at the tent and then nope out and go for a regular camper shell, an RTT with a bed rack, or FWC on a fullsize. Of the offers that were semi reasonable (but still low), they were located in the midwest and basically wanted me to drive 1000+ miles to meet them. Like even if I did that, that's 4 travel days for me, and I'm losing money because those are days I could be working.

Call me crazy, but I just prefer to find the right buyer to do everything locally to make sure they're taken care of.

But yeah, a lot folks were upset to find out that:
    • It's "just the camper"
    • It's 4 years old
    • It doesn't have windows
    • It doesn't come with a built out goose gear build out
I think most folks don't understand is that these campers are worth it because their builds last forever, the construction is amazingly solid, and anything that can wear out can be purchased or repaired by AT. I feel like a lot of people are just upset that the campers and hold their value. Their reasoning is that "well it's old, it should be garbage, so you should just give it to me for free". :duh:

Also the folks griping about the windows, they're also the same folks that believe you can leave a laptop an the seat in open full view in San Francisco and not understand why there would be a break-in. :cookiemonster:

So those are the folks who are usually looking.
