    If you have reactions to the standard Flu vaccination, you're probably in the high risk group for a reaction for this one.

    I don't know about "a lot" of people. The Internet has a way of making things seem bigger than what they really are.

    And besides....an immune response and actually being sick are 2 different things.

    I've had a flu shot every year for the last 25 years. Never gotten sick from it. I did contract the flu a couple of times. The typical vaccine covers 3, sometimes 4 strains, typically 2 A strains and B. Some of the newer ones can be 3 A strains and 1 B.

    That's based on whatever ever strains were prevalent the previous flu season. So it's always an educated guess. So if a different strain becomes dominant it's still possible to contract the flu even with the shot.

    Still worth getting it though as you greatly reduce your chances of getting the flu either way

    I get the Flu shot every year. The reaction I get are minimum, usually last 2 to 3 days.

    Reading online the Covid vaccine are reactions are worst and last a lot longer than the Flu shot.

    Here was my experience; had me worried for a bit, slept 3 hrs and woke up feeling tired, but side effects had passed. Personally I have no regrets, but it's personal for everyone and only you can decide.

    @MQQSE @Plain Jane Taco

    Haha. That's not the install. It's removed again. My console has the garage door opener instead of the temp gauge, so I'm waiting for the plastic bezel for one from a member here and I'll bust out the garage opener and install it when that comes up.

    I just wanted to make sure that the parts worked that I ordered so tested it hanging there.

    I thought oil was dinosaurs.

    Is synthetic oil plastic dinosaurs?
