Pretty sure he’s talking about the spacers you use to move the LCA forward.

There are aluminum pucks you use to adjust how far forward the lca gets moved. Did you read the thread......
Pretty sure it's 4 iirc. No they are different sizes so you can adjust to get it exactly where you want the lca there is no measuring needed. It's located via factory holes you fit and weld it in then use the pucks in different combos in front of or behind the lca to get your desired lca location.

Yea, I was referring to the spacers to locate the LCA. Yes, I understand that this is a weld on kit.

I am capable of following directions, cutting off my LCA tabs and then welding this frame on. I was just curious about the locating the LCA after the install.

They are not aluminum, they are 1/4” thick steel pucks that are zinc coated. The original kit I did used aluminum and the kit has been changed to steel. They come in 1/4” thickness to allow for adjustment

You can locate it anywhere you want in 1/4 increments. The LCA All the way back is the stock location

Any issues getting your truck aligned after the install? It took me a bit to find a shop that would align my truck in Salt Lake. Many did not want to touch it with the LT kit.

Here in SoCal I used Bear Alignment in Corona. Old school place that is used to seeing one off designs. I gave him a short explanation and he had it all figured out. Even removed 2 of the LCA bolts to flip the cams to get the alignment right. Just real smart guys working there.
If I were you, find a hot rod shop in your area and find out who they use.

I'm going to take mine to True Line here in El Cajon when I'm done with the install. They do alignments the old school way and regularly work on off road vehicles. I'll report back with an update once I get that done.

Yea, I found one a while ago, and the wait was crazy (Month). I found a Big-O tire, and gave them the Alignment sheet from Total Chaos that gave them a starting point. They were able to align it without issue.

I think my alignment is still jacked. I think I have a bent spindle, and some worn out uniballs. Ill replace my uniballs and get some new spindles and get it aligned. I might do the JD frame later in the year.

Mine wouldn't go straight for nothing after no less than 50 alignments. Turns out my rear housing was bent.

One of my friends just did the LSK link kit for his tundra. He took it out last weekend for some testing and then bent the left side of his housing. He didn't truss it ahead of time. He has a truss from Artec now.

Is that HC bumper modified to follow the lines of the new fenders? I can't tell if it's a trick of the lighting or not.

I heavily modified it for the glass, made my own 60/40 swing gates and filed in the license place cut out
