    Just drive that thing! Not much value comes from not using it anyway :)

    I'm averaging over 1800 miles a month, so I'm on it. But still...

    I feel you. Luckily it's a Tacoma, so it's not like your value is tanking too hard.

    @MQQSE

    Robert....we can discuss oil. I have little fear of it becoming a typical TW oil thread shit show. This thread is built on good people.

    My typical regime is Valvoline synthetic or Mobil 1 5w-30. Sometimes the M1 is the vanilla, sometimes Extended Performance, sometimes Truck and SUV. Basically whatever Meijer puts on sale in the weeks in between oil changes.

    I run either a Mobil 1 or Fram Ultra/GX filter.....again, whatever is on sale.

    I'm under warranty for another 40k miles. So I stick to the factory recommend 5k OCs.

    I think for my next change I will try some Valvoline Maxlife synthetic 10w-30.

    The bikes are are all nice. I just can't stand open pipes. Especially at 11:00 PM in the alley behind our houses. Just had a Pagan move in a couple of years ago. He put up a garage and now he and his buddies are hanging out working on their bikes and leaving @ midnight. I don't understand how the muffler and noise laws either don't apply or ignored for a motorcycle.

    We received our first real rain of the rainy season today. Technically it doesn't start until May 15th, but they said it might be a week early this year.

    A strong La Nina has affected our weather since January or so

    It started raining about an hour and a half ago. So far we've had 4 1/2 inches of rain.

    The rain is completely unmodified!!!:D

    How long did it take for you to feel back to normal?

    Was this from the 1st shot or after the 2nd shot?
