And almost like mine! I waited for 4 months. That's how it works in Canada

 

The wait was soo long and grueling, but I am glad I stuck it out. It was WELL worth it!

Yeah, I think the dealer asked for 2-3 months before getting my allocation approved. So happy I waited and got the color and options I wanted.

@farmtacoma you were right the first time!

I made a mistake and decided not to put the cheap stuff on my Taco afterall.

I have to admit that I was blinded when the aftermarket the tail lights first arrived and I did not notice a big defect in the quality of the lights. There is a big white edge around the entire tail light that appears to be full of cheap super glue (see the attached pictures). I have requested a refund from the company. If I don't get my refund I may have to dispute the charge. I made an edit to one of my original posts related to the tail lights because I don't want to misinform anyone about the lack of quality of the lights.


Decided to buy a used set of OEM OR/Sport taillights from a fellow Tacomaworld brother that he had on his 19 cavalry blue Taco. Will post pictures when I get them.

I am confused. Isn't the used 19 OR/Sport the same as what was there?

Actually the 18-19 TRD OR/Sport came with some smoked red tail lights like the one you can see on my white taco in my original post #4007 (pg. 201 of this thread). All of the OR/Sport on the 20-21s have come with the cheap looking clear/chrome tail lights that everyone, including myself seem to dislike.

 

I didn't know that. I had the 18 SR. Maybe a side by side 21 OR vs 19 OR would allow me to see it

 

@farmtacoma attached is a side by side comparison to help you see the difference. I pulled some pictures off cements (like yours) to give you a better idea. The first pic is the tail lights used on the 18-19s and the second picture is for the lights used on the 20-21s.
