    Depending on how much engineering it takes, it's a maybe. 1st gens are a dying market, but if it ends up as just drawing my cardboard mockups into SolidWorks, then I'll probably be nice and give the bend angles and .dxf to send to be cut.

    I wonder how durable it is, I know they started doing those steps in the bumper corners years ago and half the ones I see around town on older trucks are bent/destroyed from being used

    Pretty beefy all things considered, compared to the pop out one the other american trucks have just just a ladder.

    @Abeyancer
    spent 6 hours trying to figure out why my 208-240 coil wouldn’t turn on with 203 but at 206v it will turn on.

    and why i get 212v at the unit with the compressor off then it drops down to 206v when kicks on.

    Did you figure it out? 208-240 is built to a 220v standard with room for error, hence the wide V range rating... 206 is still really low to be getting from your mains tho

    i think the coil is just ever so outside the range it needs.

    the unit is hooked up to a transformer stepping from 480 to 208y. My guess is that it can’t handle the load so the voltage is dropping just enough that the coil falls out of spec.
