Looks nice. I would probably go with this one if I didn't already have one installed. The spacers for the feet vs curved feet that fit right to the body is a much cleaner look. It doesn't look like an afterthought.

Any issues getting the door panel back on with the Noico on that side?

I did this process back in 12/19 with a layer of 50mil butyl and then a layer of 157mil PE foam - door panels go back on without issue. When I did it the first time, I also had enough room to mount a passive crossover. Mine isn't as pretty, but I also chose to run my wiring outside the deadening, and secured it with gorilla tape.

What coolers are those? Do you have a write up? I noticed the 3rd gens have power steering coolers (tiny little 10" long single line doubled on itself with a few fins) while the 2nd gens have nothing at all.

How does your hydraulic winch work in conjunction with your power steering being in the same loop?

Ford 9 with custom extensions to mount Toyota axles shafts and backer plates? If so, where from?

After 240k, the last 60k lifted my original axles decided to tear their boots, noticed when I went under the truck last weekend to do the steering rack bushings and inner tie rods (no pictures)

It was the pleat right next to the clamps that went.

    PXL_20210408_182043679.jpg

So I had a fun day this weekend.

    PXL_20210408_145930006.jpg

Did the "boot slide mod" on both boots, the rubber inner one about 1.5" and the more plastic outer one about .5" closing the gap from 5" to about 3" marked for monitoring.

    PXL_20210408_154027849~2.jpg

    PXL_20210408_153832713.jpg

I did the ECGS bushing about 2 years ago, no noticeable wear though the axle on that side does have some groves from being unsupported by the original needle bearing.

    PXL_20210408_170707946.jpg

All done both sides, front end feels so goo an no play or clunking at all when driving off road, super responsive and stable on road now that the whole front end is new practically.

As posted in the Headlight Upgrade thread, here is the 'after'. Focus on the light on my neighbors driveway. Its MUCH brighter than anything before so this mod 100% works. I also have my Diode Dynamics Sport fog lights on which is why the light off to either side is yellow, so ignore that. My fog lights used to almost outpower my headlights as far as light output goes. Now you can clearly see the headlights are overpowering the fog lights, which is good!

    IMG_2918.jpg

For anyone wonder this was like a $170-180 mod, and that's with buying two sets of the headlight bulbs.

Think I need to aim them correctly if i've never touched the adjustments and these are the OEM headlights? I did put aftermarket headlights on but have since switched back to OEM... no other 'adjustment' changes ever.

I got Napa replacements when I went to Colorado and Utah bc they were available but I kept the OEM ones to reboot for spares and ill basically keep doing that until i can justify getting OEM spares

I'm experimenting. My only concern is what it might do to shoulder checks. I have convex mirrors on my side mirrors, but... So I might move it entirely, but that's why it's an experiment. :)

It's one of these 1535 sized MOLLE panels. I have another on the way I plan to modify the same way for the other suicide door. Does three things, makes a removable molle panel, covers the window from the inside, and is easy to mount due to the included mounting pegs.
