    Recent trend. Lots of Californians bailing on CA finally and coming into Tucson, among other places. Paying $30k over asking price isn't uncommon now. It's ridiculous. I have a co-worker that has been out-bid like that several times now. He's basically giving up until the market dies down again.

    I'd say if you are moving back, consider renting for a year to see what the market does. Cause it's dumb right now, total sellers market.

    yeah, I bought the Grand Cherokee, brought it home and then my wife suggested we sell her Infiniti. So now we have the Taco and the JGC. @Man of Steel TRD no hate on the Durango at all (same platform as the JGC) I really enjoy the JGC, it's super comfortable, great drivetrain and no issues with Reliability (so far at least)
