If what has happened with the prices of the fj cruiser is any indication the 2nd gen tacoma 4x4 will hold strong for a long time. If you take care of your truck and it has relatively low miles people will pay a premium for it. The 2nd and 5th gen 4runners are end of an era vehicles. Vehicles than are easy to work on, reliable, body on frame and have a lack of electronics like sensors/driver assist/cameras/ect. They will always have a following.

Prices are already going up since I bought mine a few months ago, and to think I thought I payed too much.

Can't beat the 1GR-FE drive line. I was able to get a 4x4 second gen. cheap with a rusted frame that was later replaced so I have no plans of selling. Unless....

Hey Steves104X4 , what kind of cap is that with built in door ? Is the door and tailgate one piece or do they open separately? Nice truck by the way.

And I wish I didn't let my roommate talk me out of investing in Bitcoin when 1 coin was $100.

It’s like the home market great your home has increased in value! So have the homes that you are trying to buy. I still need something to drive, sports care more fun. Bigger truck more utility? More annoying parking.
