    Wire heated seats and I have the switch, harness and pads I was looking at where to wire them.. they came with a 7.5 amp fuse that you can add into the wire . From what I read I need two wires off the battery to a add a fuse in my fuse box then take the supplied wires and hook to the add a fuse.. is that correct?

    You should probably run them through a relay instead of straight from the battery or a fuse box. You'd probably be OK running them with an add-a-fuse, but I don't know for certain how much draw those seat heaters would pull, I would think it would be more than 7.5a

    It says 12 volts and amperage is 5.. taking a shower to the battery I assumed it would cut off while your vehicle is off and it won't drain your battery if it was on
