Food Smokers and Smoking Tips/Tricks/Techniques

Local grocery having one of their meat sales all day today. Picked up 1 pack of ribeyes @ $5.99 lb. Their not graded but at the least will make great kabobs. 1 10lb. Chub of 73/27 burger @ $1.88 lb. My preference for fat content for grilling burgers. 3 packs smoked sausage and 3 packs polish sausage @ .75 a pack. Cheap sausage but it'll eat. 1 15 lb. Box of frozen spare ribs at $9.99 a box. Where the hell else can you buy 4 racks of ribs for $2.49 a rack.

 

Would have bought more of the ribs but my freezer is stuffed to the brim now.

 

Should go shopping for another freezer


or cook more and free up some space LOL

 

@Cold Iron I thought you’d get a kick out of this. We were riding in the car with the niece and nephew and they were playing a game of “what’s your favorite?” When they got to 3 favorite foods the nephew said “Uncle Jon’s smoked mac and cheese.” It’s your recipe so figured you should know it’s developing a fanbase down here in NC. Just put some on the FIL’s Oklahoma Joe for dinner:
