Zendesk is the main CS portal, but if you are going to post and get Mat's attention, might as well connect the dots?

One note on Zendesk is if you submit new tickets, it clogs up the queue with the new one going to the end of the line. It is best to always reply to an existing ticket email to keep everything together.

Zendesk is ideal, only exception is right now we are getting roughly 100+ new emails a day. (560 in our unassigned inbox atm)

If you are not a VF Tuner customer and have our regular flash it we are about to post our new instructions on how to upgrade to the VF Tuner Flash and Log only software.

Super excited for this. I got the flash kit just last year in March, but thus far haven’t been able to flash since changing my system in Jan. This should be the answer to my problem.

Totally feel you there. March 7th. So that makes today April 7th a month. Sounds like their unassigned is at least a month out from my experience. Though if a new method is coming my ticket is probably moot point now. Hopefully soon we’ll all be taken care of.

We will be posting the instructions for flash kit > upgrade new method here soon. At the moment I am very sick so I am unfortunately going to have to take a day or two off.

I hope so! I've clicked refresh more times than I want to admit, though if he's out sick that may be in vain, haha. I was hoping maybe by the weekend? But if there's a registration process that's not fully automated, it may be longer yet.

So glad to see that title changed though! Bout time since we got off of 1.05, haha. I never even ran 1.x and I've had my flash kit since 3/2020.

You sure it wasn't 1.02? That's what I started on and it was right around that time.

Yep. By the time licensing and stuff all got sorted out, 1.03 was released.

For those who are waiting on final, I’d advise throwing a couple bucks @Mooseditty17 , @TermLimits or @PapaRee to get some action. These guys are producing fantastic tunes that are available RIGHT NOW!! I know Mat will produce, but he’s said himself that it will release when it does... like BBQ... don’t ask, you’ll know when it’s ready cause I’ll serve you. Granted, sometimes it’s 11:00 pm. But, when it’s done, it’s fricken delicious. Anyway, what I’m trying to say is the snacks offered by some can make for a full course meal. Sometimes the BBQ ends up being breakfast or lunch the next day.

If your hungry take a bite. You won’t be disappointed.

Yep! Too bad we have to wait (hopefully just a few more days?) for a new flash tool for those of us that have had a system ID change, otherwise I'd have flashed ages ago! I'd be happy to purchase any of those tunes, just can't do anything with them yet :annoyed:

But, once this new flash tool is out (Flash only VF licensing from the sounds of it), then. Well. :burnrubber::spending:

Bring it on! Got a new secondary SSD in a laptop literally dedicated to use for VF.

I just want to vent my disappointment that somewhere between November 2020 and now, the software was intentionally neutered so I cannot run this in a virtual machine. If I was able to flash and open vF Tuner just fine in a VM in the past, why is it necessary to intentionally force it to stop working?

This was after buying a tune prior to a trip from one of the forum members, too, only to realize I need to find the time to partition my drive or get a hold of a dedicated Windows machine. Has anyone been able to resolve this without having to move out of a VM?
