As long as you represent it correctly, they pay the offer price. Sold two vehicles to them with no issue.

EDIT- only issue was that they used 3rd party flat beds to pick them up and they came in the middle of the night. Not a fan of bright lights and noise at 3am...

I bought my 2019 Taco and traded in my 09 Corvette through Carvana. The process was absolutely seamless and they were willing to give me significantly more for my Vette than any of the local dealers around me. They showed up when they said they would, unloaded my new truck and then loaded the Vette onto their truck. A few signatures later, they left. The entire transaction took about 30 minutes tops.

I also got an e-mail that their offers were going up due to demand in the area. My first offer was 29k something, they came back this time at 32,500, which was more than I paid for it retail at a dealership. I sold it. Took about 10 minutes online, 5 minutes in person, and I got a check on the spot.

I just reran another quote not to long ago just to see where they were. I’ve been debating on pulling the trigger on a new truck, but feel if I wait the incentives will jump in a couple more months. Plus I’m in the mist of a job change at work. If they offered me another couple grand, this thing will be on a flat bed as soon as they can get here though

They've got competition from CARMAX now. CARMAX stopped selling new cars and deals exclusively in USED - they deliver too now. They sold new vehicles in MD and out west, CA I believe.

That was my dilemma. I had driven a total of 3k in the last year. Between that and the offer being more than I had bought new and it was an easy decision for me.

They're super easy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to sell to them in the future.

I sold a 2008 Buick that I got from my mother. No one was using it. They wouldn’t pick it up since we have a Carvana locally, but it was still super easy and fair. They did offer me a ride back but Didn’t need it.

If you can get a cheaper car and not drive much, might as well sell it. I would probably do it if I got a better offer from Carvana on my TRDOR. I sold them my 2020 SR5 DCSB 4x4 w/ tech on August and it was the easiest sale I've ever done.

I was just telling my girlfriend today, the damn CARVANA dealership near our place has cars coming and going EVERY TIME I DRIVE BY THERE.. And I see their goofy looking flat beds at least 10 times a day. Crazy.

I bought my 2019 Tacoma 4x4 TRD Sport from Carvana with 11K miles. Car was VERY clean. My biggest fear was that it would have odors or other hidden defects. The truck has been perfect, nearly brand new. The process with Carvana was SUPER easy, and simple. I ordered it and setup pick up at a vending machine location in Orlando on a trip to Disney in November 2020. Would recommend Carvana. I did not do a trade, and instead sold my Subaru Outback using VROOM because they had a better price point. I would probably not deal with Vroom again, but Carvana was great. I hope they start to sell new cars in the future.

I watched this video on their experience with Vroom, doesnt sound like a good experience at all.

I just sold my 2013 Chevy Silverado through Carvana and it was a painless experience. My plan was to use the Carvana offer as leverage for trading my Silverado in to the Toyota dealer when buying my Tacoma just so I could keep everything in one transaction. But the dealer's best trade in offer was still $2K less than Carvana's offer even after factoring in the increased sales tax I'd be paying by not having the trade in. So that made my decision to go with Carvana a no brainer.

The whole process literally took less than 15 minutes to check over my truck, sign paperwork, hand me my check, and take my truck away. Based on things I'd read in reviews about a few issues with direct deposit, I chose the check option. And deposited that thing right away!

Meh....just plugged-in my '20 TRD OR 4x4 11K miles and came back $34.2K.....decent offer but certainly not more than I would have expected. I guessed $35K, so pretty close.

I was considering trading or selling my 2017 TRD offroad 4x4, 22K miles, a few weeks back. Carvana, autonation and CarMax were within a few hundred bucks of each other. There’s a big shortage of pickups at dealers so sellers should take the high ground versus the “stealerships”.

This is very tempting. Carvana offered me $37,258 for my 2019 Offroad. That's more than I paid new over two years ago.

Edit: Tried Vroom to see their offer. It was $39,203. This is ridiculous!

So I’d never heard of vroom. Caravan above back in March 24 would give me $32K plus on my 22K mile 2017. So for giggles I just checked Vroom and it came back

I just plugged in my 2017 DCSB TRD OR 4x4 (MGM) with 20k miles......$36,200.
Giving it some serious thought...as I paid $37k out the door in Sept 2017
