    Hi everyone!

I am going to order the TRD performance exhaust online as its cheaper than local dealers.

I want to do the install myself. Did the TRD skid plate already.

Does anyone have the PDF on the installation manual?

    Part # PTR0335190

    Thanks in advance.

    Picture for reference.

Should have skipped the exhaust and spent the money on protecting your cats...or some would have us believe.

If you're doing this by yourself, it'll take you about an hour. Here are some tips.

Hardest part is maneuvering around the rear axle. It'll help to remove the spare tire.

Don't bother with exhaust hanger pliers, if you have channel locks these will work just fine.

Otherwise, two bolts and I think 4 exhaust hangers. Pretty straight forward uninstall/install. Its been a little while since I did mine. Good luck.

    this and that...
the hardest part is keeping the tip wrapped (riiight...) from scratching while you finagle that one piece over the axel.

    Some Tricks for Easier Installation:
    • Wrap existing exhaust tip to insure it doesn’t damage body when removing.
    • Leave the bubble wrap on new exhaust tip until install is complete.
    • Drape a towel or bubble wrap over the axle to protect your brake lines vinyl line as you will be hitting pipes against them if you doing install alone.
    • I didn't need to jack truck up or drop spare tire down.
    • Use a jack stand for supporting existing system after you remove from front flange.
    • When removing old system It’s MUCH easier to leave rubber hangers on old system and disconnect from body hanging points then transfer hangers to new system prior to install.
    • When installing new system it's easiest to align the new system parallel to axle and in effect wrapping the curvature around while bringing the tip out behind the wheel.

    Takes about 45>60 minutes.

Keep in mind if you are getting the "black" tip that it's very prone to scratching and staining. The chrome (actually believe it's high polished stainless) is much more durable.

May want to spray rubber hangers with silicone to help with removal and install.

I have to say wiggle the old one out was more difficult, the OEM muffler and tail pipe is ONE piece and if you don't have good ground clearance it might be hard to wiggle it out, I had to put the rear wheels on ramps so I have space
