That is Eric's gear he grabbed a few weeks before we got everyone together to get our shit. His front axle that he dropped off, Wyatt used to show me he bought me a axle and then used it to move my truck to the latest shop. Eric also brought 4 speed atlas with that set of parts that Wyatt put into another 4runner and never replaced it.

So he is selling his 4runner axle setup because he too is out too much money to finish his project.

His project was killer idea that Wyatt said he could do, Mercedes diesel swap with prorock axles and 4 speed atlas.

 

Right on, just checking. Glad he got his stuff back. Glad it isn't that weasel trying to sell off parts to cover his ass or something...

Those are my axles for sale. The diesel 3rd gen 4Runner is dead. It was my dream project, years of saving and working overtime to build. I can turn a wrench, but I can’t weld. Wyatt had a good reputation and I was excited about the build. Thankfully for this site, I saw the true person Wyatt is. I picked my parts (that were left) after he stopped contacting me. I feel if I didn’t get them, they all would have disappeared. He owes me 25k (parts never ordered, labor never done, and a stolen Atlas). Sold the 4Runner, the new Ax-15 trans, diesel adapter plate (all for a huge loss). My 14k axles are left, but I may have a buyer in the Sacramento area for 10k...another loss. I will never trust another builder, and now I’m a used, boring, Jeep owner.

 

This sucks, sorry to hear he did this to you. I also was ripped off way back in 87. A now no longer a friend took an entire vehicle, HP motor, air compressor, full roll cage, a welder and other tools. We were in business with each other and I moved onto bigger things. He kept the shop running for about 2 more years, always said I could keep whatever I wanted at the shop. One day I went to the shop and it was empty. Never saw or heard from him again. Keep your head up, and Jeeps Rock too. I still have a couple of them. Take care brother.

 

Dam now I’m having second thoughts about installing my twin stick case from him. First out of principle and second out of not knowing what lies came with it.

 

After installing an FJ case he sent me out guilt for a 11 months though of bs. I now begin to think this is probably somebody's crawl box build pawned off...

I for one will be happy the more trucks he didnt fuck up. He somehow was satisfied ruining peoples shit, so dont let him ruin yours.

Hi All,
I finally jumped on this forum for a quick post as I was also deceived by Wyatt. There were always excuses and false pictures of the Atlas and Dynatrac that never order. He even told me his mother died. How crooked do you have to be to lie that tell people that your mother died. I'm out over $28K in direct payments to him, plus about $5K in parts that I took him that he stole or sold, plus all of the OE drivetrain and suspension. I have decided not to continue with the build and sell the vehicle. I'm the original owner of a 2003 4th Gen 4Runner Limited, V8 WITH the TRD 4.7L Supercharger and TRD piggyback ECU. TRD only made 350 of the 4.7L superchargers before they discontinued them. I'll be posting it for sale in a couple of weeks on FB marketplace, Craigslist Denver, T4R forum, and others. The body is in great condition and is sitting on a brand new frame and brand new body mounts.
Wyatt (and maybe Alana) deserve to go to jail. This is a clear case of fraud and theft. That won't happen until more people take action. My next post will be how you can take action as a victim.

 

Action #1: File a complaint with the Attorney General.
This takes maybe 5 minutes. The AG probably will not take action unless a bunch of people file complaints.

"I'm accusing Wyatt A. Scott of Rock Solid Toys with auto theft and fraud. I have paid him over $28,000 for parts that he never ordered and labor not completed. I have confirmed with three vendors that he never ordered the parts that I paid him to order and install. He also stole other parts that I brought to him and stole the OE parts from my vehicle. I made payments to him in March, April, and May of 2020. Out of pocket costs are over $35,000 and my vehicle has no drivetrain from the transfer case back and will be totaled by the insurance company. I have a signed contract dated May 6, 2020 that he did not upheld nor perform the scope of work. He is non-response to text or phone calls. His wife works in HR at the Crown Ace Hardware at 9045 Adams Ave, Huntington Beach, CA. Her phone is 714-962-4160 ext 109. Her name is on the business registration that was filed on Aug 19, 2011.
