can anyone identify this?

i was looking to add some fog lights behind the grill and was checking out the avail. spaces for switches. Behind one of the blank swiches there was wiring?? Does anyone know what this is?

its behind the third swich closest to the steering coloum.




its hard to tell in this pic but there are 3 green wires and 1 white wire.

Its for a TRD Locker

 

or the bed box power outlet

 

Locker and the power inverter switches are with the fog light switch

 

i dont have the bed outlets on my truck...does this mean i'm prewired, so i can have them added?

Traction Control maybe?

 

my sr5 prerunner is prewired for downhill assist/diff lock/power inverter...i have the vsc/traction/fogs.

the bottom far left next to mirror adjust is traction control and the bottom far right is rsca for me.

On my 2011 off-road, it's the RSCA deactivator.

It deactivates your side curtain airbags if you're off-roading. If the truck sways too far one way or the other it will set the airbags off.

That button turns them off.

 

I took whippersnapper's advice and "opened that dusty owner's manual".

 

Would I still have this wire if I don't have side curtain airbags?

 

It's to turn off your "RSCA" which means if you where to roll your Taco your side curtain air bags would deploy, but you do not have this feature I am guessing because you do not have the switch. If you remove your top left dummy switch you will notice there is another wire harness for OEM fog lights. If you want OEM fog lights all you need is to buy them off of ebay then buy you a OEM fog light switch and a rely and you are ready to go, because you wiring is already done.

 

We have a winner. In 09+ TRD ORs, all those switches are occupied.
