Some ABS 1/4-20 threaded t nuts I made

    Most of these bed rail t nuts I see have to be inserted at either end of the rail and moved all the way down the rail to your desired position. With these ones I can just pop them in, twist 90 degrees, and they're ready to go!

    Love it! I hate how the others have to be inserted at the end. I have some brackets permanently attached so that other style of t-nut isn’t practical.

    I wonder how much load these plastic ones could handle.

    Have you tested the potential of them to come loose and turn themselves 90 degrees and fall out? Good idea!

    I threw a nut and washer on with a slightly longer bolt to lock each t nut into place. Should do the trick to keep them secured.
