***Update*** for anyone that cares :D
There is no power getting to the ECM from the EFI relay. So it appears I will need a new ECM. Any recommendations on rebuilds or new ones. I know they have to be reprogrammed with my key.
Just starting my research on those.

So the ECM is not turning the relay on?

I am not too sure. My Honda mechanic brother in law did the electrical test from the diagrams you and 6 gear sent. I might have the power directions screwed up. I am still trying to verify with him for you.

Oh ok, in that case it does sound like a bad PCM if all the other inputs are ok.
I don't know what to say on where to get one unless you can find a used one for a decent price, in my experience reman modules are a crap shoot.
Maybe someone else can point you to a reputable source.

not sure if they do work on Toyota PCM but I’ve had these guys repair a few things in the past with good results.

I checked out their website and for Toyotas they only do RAV4 computers. But thanks for the suggestion!

Gotcha. Might be worth giving a call I remember reading on their site they offer services additional to those listed.

I ordered a remanufactured ECU from here... https://store.allcomputerresources.com/index.html

They sent the computer and an OBD II to program the key. The computer comes with a lifetime warranty as long as you return your core and the OBD plug in. It was $250 for my 2006.

I installed the computer and a loud humming noise came from the rear of the engine when I turned the key for the initial start-up (I had to have the key turned on for 30 minutes before start-up). Not sure if it has something to do with the fuel intake or something else around there. The truck started on the first crank and idled. After turning it off, I tried to start it again and the computer light was out again. I then turned the key off/on and the computer light came back on and the engine fired up. It has fired up and idled several times now without any issues. The humming noise is not as loud now, but it still happens when I first turn the key on before starting. I cannot hear it after the truck starts.

Is the humming noise normal? I cannot remember if it did that upon initial start-up before I installed the new computer.

I am trying to download a before and after video but I am not having any luck.
