Because the other one is just lights. Like JUST lights, no other worthwhile attributes. At least an over the top over land build should be capable, even if the owner never actually uses it or knows how to use it all. The Durango is just an ass load of lights.

What are the radio antennas even for?

I can see 8 just what I can see.

    AM/FM
    2M
    70cm
    10cm
    CB
    GMRS
I’ll even be nice and say that it’s a dipole CB

And that’s still missing one what one more would even be.

The lights yeah switch boards can be made pretty easily but where the F you put EIGHT radios in a rig is beyond me. And being generous, it would be 6 - assuming am/fm is already built in and it’s a dipole CB. I’m still saying it though where the F you put SIX radios (at least) is beyond me.

    upload_2021-4-12_7-7-44.jpg

edit - I suck at counting and missed some I’m on my phone. Ten. I see ten antennae. What.

If you, who has recently been obsessed with this and "detail oriented" enough to do all the research, or @m603holden don't know, It might forever be a mystery.

All this talk about this truck makes me think that it would be owned by someone like Jeremy DeWitte. Have you guys ever heard of Jeremy? If you haven't heard of him he's all over YouTube for getting arrested MULTIPLE times for impersonating a police officer. He owns a company that escorts funerals but he carries pepper spray, handcuffs and a taser. He's so big on there he's even been on Dr. Phil.

If you want to check it out just go to YouTube and type in his name, youll find quite a few videos on him. It's actually quite amusing.

Benefit of the doubt: That cat could be running SDR in there with a laptop and a matched antenna/receiver dongle for each band.

 I didn't even see that on my phone!

I think what someone else said earlier about being a storm chaser makes the most sense with all that kit. Maybe @m603holden can shed some more light on other radios, but I'm lost.

But if it were for storm chasing they'd likely have something to cover the windows from hail damage, unless it's modular in design??

There's no way in modern times someone with that vehicle doesn't have an instagram about it...

I've seen some videos I think. That's the dude in FL on the motorcycle right?

We made the switch to Carlson with the IntelliCAD base engine and have found it to be a perfect replacement for AutoCAD. The price is much cheaper and you buy an actual license, not this whole subscription fee that AutoCAD has moved over to.

Well, first day of trolling in the books Saturday... brutal day. Very nice out but not very fishy, too still and bright. Would have been a humiliating day if not for one, big, 2-1/2 lb hen.

Framing with just a hammer and circular saw takes forever. That is all. Also, don't be lazy and not square up the lumber. I didn't and the damn walkway is like 1.5" off. I'm going to see if I can work some magic and mask it with the decking somewhat. This is after about 2 hours Saturday and 10 hours Sunday. #iamcarpenter 20210411_181816.jpg

I wouldn't worry too much about it being square; after those blocks settle it won't be square anymore anyway.

Now, the important question is, why are you building a deck looking out over what appears to be a mud flat?

Looking into it ,thank you. A full program that lasts forever would be perfect, she does like to do other things on a personal level. She used cad to make the blueprints for both of our houses. We had a license with AutoCad and they just made it stop working and forced us to change, and it was downhill from there.

I'm calling bullshit. You've been trolling AT LEAST as long as I've been on this forum.

The lake gets drained every year via a dam at the other end to try and combat milfoil and freeze/kill it over the winter (spelling, i don't know some fucking invasive plant that tries to hijack the lake like a cunt). Dam opens after Columbus day and closes in early March. It's just taking forever to fill back up this year. The water level is typically right at that tree that's near the stern of the boat.

As far as the deck settling, it's kind of unavoidable unless I used floats. I can't install any piers per the Con-com requirements. All the neighbors have theirs on deck blocks too and they're not racked too much. the 12x12 dock portion is on 24 deck blocks, with another 8 under the 4x16 walkway. It'll heave in the winter but should come right back to where it was prior to freezing.
