Thought I’d join to thank the whole gang. All of you are a great group of folks and I had a blast. It was great meeting all of you. Cant wait for next time.

PS, a little disappointed I couldnt bring any mud home because of the rain, but I took advantage of the situation and went through a carwash on the way home. I remembered my CB antenna, but my timing was off (remembered after the doors closed me in)

PPS. Looking forward to the glamor shots Caffeine took! Edit:correction. @Camerasandcoffee. Sorry too many c’s and a bad memory

Here are some pics of the day

The meeting place in Lansing, Iowa.
This was the starting point for the Trans Wisconsin Adventure Trail. We drove the gravel and muddy roads to Potosi Brewery for beers and lunch. FYI reservations on a Saturday with a group of 14 is recommended... 1.5-2hr wait we were told. The manager decided to open up the cave room and we had our own private section . The amazing campground with the fireplace pavilion. How lucky were we!

Another great TWAT run! Great turnout, amazing people, and a really good time. It's always a perfect way to spend a weekend hanging out with everyone, and I love that our passion for trucks brings us together.

Thanks for putting another run together!!

    What a great weekend!!

Thank you to everyone who attended!

As usual, Toyota people all pitched in and made the weekend fun and easy!

I walked around after everyone left and found that everyone had left their sites clean and clear of trash. The only site with any debris was mine, courtesy of the diabetic raccoon or squirrel that stole some candy. :)

Out of curiosity, I checked availability of the ridge campsites for later this year, and the sites on the bluff are pretty well booked up through October. I can't say I blame people for planning ahead with that view.

I stopped at Point Lookout on the way out, and it's truly a breathtaking view. It's amazing how much you can see from up there!

    20210411_092142.jpg

I finally checked out Hay Road on the way home. It wasn't super exciting, but there's a neat creek crossing that could be sketchy after a good rain.

    Screenshot_20210411-195211_(1).jpg

I also went down another random dead end road where a psycho golden retriever came running and barking and chased me about a 1/4 mile after I turned around. If anyone else goes exploring around the Lower Wisconsin River, I recommend avoiding Winkers Lane.o_O

Yes it is! It's a Snap Outfitters Treehouse. At least at the time I got it, it is/was the only wedge camper made east of the Mississippi
