Love the blue man. I got a Pioneer headunit that lights up blue and that would match perfect. How long did that take you?

    soldering is easyfellas.

do some online reading about it, it may bring your confidence level up.

try taking apart some junk radio and praciticing...

BTW- everyones LED swapout looks good.

hey there-has anybody personally removed the orange in the climate controls on your taco?
alcohol doesn't appear to have any effect on the clear plastic protectant found on the backside of the climate control faceplate.i changed my gauges and shifter lights to white but have had no luck with the a/c panel color.thx in adv-Wes

Yeah...don't know how the alcohol thing got thrown out there. I even tried using rubbing compound with a drill and a small polishing head with no luck. That protective plastic in the back of it is pretty thick.

I'm trying something else. I'll let everyone know if it works!

Likewise if I discover or hear of a surefire way to change the amber color of the a/c panel-Wes

I would be willing to pay someone to do this for me. I am in san diego right now and will be in northern california for xmas. I would like blue LEDs on the dash if anyone is willing to help me out I would buy you a great goat. LOL jk but serious I do not feel comfortable doing this mod myself but would like to have it done.

those LED's look sick. I love the white w/ the blue needle. Anyone in the AZ or close do this for money. I may just try it myself if i cant find someone.
