It's a really tiny dog. I prefer large breeds, I'm less afraid of hurting a large breed puppy while playing. But this little one is fun, already good at tug o war and fetch.

Going back to your comment about shelters seemingly full of bully breeds, we see that here too and while I'm sure they're friendly and cuddly, places to rent pretty much exclude them outright and unfortunately I really don't find them all that cute. It's a bummer they have such a bad rep though, cause I don't find pugs all that cute either, but you can have those anywhere that allows pets.

Yeah its a big issue out here too with renting, even though CA technically has a law against it. Doesn't stop it from happening though.

I would say out here even having any pets at all makes it a lot more difficult to rent, fortunately we're not looking right now but I follow a lot of the local listings on social media just to keep up with it. Virtually everything nowadays is 'no pets allowed'

I've been very lucky in the past, every place we've been has allowed pets with an extra deposit. I think up here it may be more common, most listings show them as allowed. Having a dog or cat in the PNW is just normal life, every one of my neighbors has a dog and a cat haha.

yeah I think a lot of tenants probably put 'no pets' in their ads but are actually willing to take them, they're just hoping for someone with no pets. And I do get it, pets can equal damage over time. But the fact of life is that most normal non-sociopathic people do have pets and many of them need to rent.

Our landlord said one cat was ok, little did he know at the time we moved in with 3 lmao. He eventually found out and didn't care, we take good care of the place.

I'm seriously considering selling my KTM 1290. I haven't ridden it in over a year. Battery is dead (Shorai too) and the tires are getting a little old. It's parked in my living room now so I don't fuck it up with the grinding and welding I've been doing the last few months in the garage.

It's a shame, but drivers have gotten so bad I'd only ride on backroads now (which where i live there are lots of but still). This morning on my way to work a guy was literally driving in the center of a two lane hwy, I honked for a solid 30 secs before he woke up and moved. Lucky he didn't get destroyed by oncoming

Yeah, the PNW has a ton of awesome riding roads, even more so the SoCal, which was great.

Unless I move to N AZ, good riding takes too long to get to here and I don't need to ride for commuting, because what traffic? AZ drivers suck around motos in general too, more so than SoCal did.
