As long as we can swing by Melbourne so I can say hi to my in-laws. On the way back we should hit Kodiak for some King salmon. Early August is the best time for that. Fallows open all year in NZ so it should work out just fine.

Sounds like a plan. I need to find a condo in Alaska and a dock to harbor my big boat anyways.

Shares fell 11% in New York to close at $141.09, their lowest level in more than two weeks

Oh dear. whatever shall we do. Good thing we can't zoom out to the 3 month chart.

    And I love this:

News of the potential change at the company’s helm followed a warning by Ascendiant Capital Markets analyst Edward Woo

Some guy from some nobody firm who doesn't mean anything.

If I turned in a paper written like any of these news articles when I was in college, I would have gotten a big fat F

Hahaha. "Longest losing streak in a year ........while up 3212.24% still in the past year."

Well that seals the deal. Buying 29 more tomorrow. Usually when fud is the strongest the biggest swings are yet to come.

Not saying we're Jesus or anything, but if this was all done and over with...why are you media cucks still talking about it every day? Tell us about Apple or Facebook, or why Boeing stock is gonna go down again.

Yes, and there was a lot of soul searching that took place.

At least it wasn't in August when the damn air temp gets so high the planes can't take off during the middle of the day.

You took your mask down for a minute on that flight. The butterfly effect.

Density altitude is a bitch sometimes.

I left HSV this morning and was stuck in ATL for a bit. Dry desert air is nice for a change.

As a side note, one of the best commercial flights I've ever been on was a Southwest PHX to RNO. It was the last flight out at 9:45pm on a Thursday evening and there was a bunch of weather around the country. Lots of flights delayed and missed. I got on that 737 with about 8 other people.

I shit you not, the pilot did the "uhhhhh, so we're a little bit light tonight. Uh, if none of you mind too much, we'll just get this plane up and going pretty quick.....kssshhhhhhh..... uh, there will be free cocktails, and we'll get you into Reno as quick as we can."

I've never been on a commercial jet that took off or landed as fast as that one did.

The vaccine lady wasn’t on my flight to PHX, just to ATL. However, she was in the seat next to me. At one point, she put her jacket between us, so our arms didn’t touch.

Best commercial flight I’ve taken was Denver > Atl > Miami. I usually only fly direct but it was super cheap for a new years flight... There were so many rich miami people they couldn’t wait for the next flight (literally 1.5 hrs later and empty) so they were willing to pay 3K for a ticket. Airline gave me a 2.8k travel voucher that didn’t expire for a year and a better seat on the next flight, went and got a nice dinner and got drunk. Used that voucher on round trips to Thailand and Boston.
