Hopefully they’ll never be used but if needed they’re there and they will work

Sweet. I wanted to replace the front row hooks with red d-rings until I found out they aren’t rated for recovery. Not one to mod simply for looks. But looks + usefulness is a win.

TRX style scoop lights. Wired them to turn on with the fog lights with an H11 splitter. Haters gunna hate.

For the non-haters curious about how I did this...

    Raptor Lights:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/4X-Smoked-...up-Toyota-Tacoma-w-TRD-Pro-Grill/184596974128

    Universal Raptor Light Brackets:
    - Used multiple pieces of double sided tape to "mount" the brackets to the scoop and get the thickness/height I wanted.
    https://www.etsy.com/listing/937895...CkbA7vswQ&eaid=300204061399&x_eaid=fce19f190f

H11 Splitter to tap into driver side Fog Light:
    - Cut off the connector for one side of the splitter and wired to Raptor Lights.
    - Had to "flip the wires" on other connector to plug into into the fog light properly (if you don't do this, power and ground will be backwards and wont work).

    stockish for now
Drove mine just over 2,200 miles round trip to Tx from Fl. She did well and only a few new scrapes, but it happens. However almost back home and in Pensacola someone decides to merge into my lane about 30 mph but still manages to trade a little paint on my passenger side. What a way to wrap up my trip. Highway Patrol shows up and cites him for the accident. He’s not happy and decides to tell me “F-U man” infront of my woman and the female highway patrol officer. I loose my cool in an instant but the officer quickly dissolves the situation and orders him to leave. Now I need to go to the body shop, get an estimate, mess with the insurance company, Yada yada yada. Glad no one was hurt or got hurt once he started popping off at the mouth.

will post pics in the AM

Used it all weekend to move to our new house. Did a great job with the 6x12 U-Haul trailer loaded. Also brought home a 65" TV with it and a 9 foot butcher block for computer desk.

Looks good. Any chance you have a pic of the actual wiring, or where you tapped in to? I need to do something similar, and figure out which is best to tap.
