If the UCA hits the spring at full droop, you can try clocking the coil over a little so the ball joint lands in the space between coils. The shock and spring shifts sideways quite a bit (like +/- 0.5") depending on the front LCA cam bolt position, so spring clearance actually depends a lot on alignment. In your case with the drop-bracket lift and RC spindle, it may be a consistent occurrence by design, so RC includes a droop bumpstop as part of the kit.

Yes they did but it only works with the stock control arms. It changed a bit with the total chaos UCAs.

Does the droop bumpstop work again with the SPC UCAs?

I think Partridge have a high suicide rate. I ran over one In the Haliburton Forest with my snowmobile at about 75 mph. I zigged, he zigged, I zagged, he zagged...he was determined to die. He fell victim to 144 Woody's carbide pics and about 6 revolutions of the track..800cc of Polaris spit it out all over the two guys behind me. It looked like a murder scene. Blood, guts, feathers and shit all over their sleds, helmets and suits. Oh the looks they got when we walked into the bar after that!

Eventually I want to fab up some new stops instead of using straps. I think I feel more comfortable having the bumps out of the way.

    Yep.

I call them suicide birds because of my time on my dual sport motorcycle. They see you coming and I think are attacked by the movement or something. I would slow right down from 80KM/h to a crawl and the birds would walk back and worth in front of me until they stick their head right in the spokes. I never figured it to be related to matting season or anything, they always do it no matter what. :notsure:

Exactly and they are so frigging delicious!

This is a good video… Roll those boneless breasts cut up in small pieces in seasoned flour and pan fry in butter.

Cleaning wild turkeys are a different story and I’m pumped up for the season that starts on April 25.

Hey all, fresh Ontario Tacoma owner here. I just bought a 2017 double cab. Picking it up Wed, super stoked.
I'm don't want to hi-jack this thread, and I know there is a ton posted already about extended warranty, but I still wanted to check here for local experiences.
I think the dealer wants about 2300 for the platinum warranty. It adds 3 years and 60K. Truck is at 82K at the moment.
Seems like a lot of $$ to me. We own and have owned Toyota's before (first Taco though), and never had any major problems, so I'm leaning towards not doing it.

Again, don't want to hijack this thread and I know there are plenty posts already, so feel free to tell me to go fly a kite, but if you have some constructive advise it will
    be very much appreciated :)

    Welcome,
save the 2300, then use that money for repairs for the life of the vehicle,,, and probably your next ,just to my 2 cents worth ,
